Who sends the messages
Al-Zintani Acquisitions LLC operates the MRE Homes investor text program. Messages will identify MRE Homes, the customer-facing name selected for the disposition marketplace; these terms do not describe it as a DBA. Mailing address: 5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731. These terms cover that program only, not the separate acquisition website at mrehomebuyer.com.
Program status
MRE Homes text delivery is not active yet. RingCentral is the intended provider for all MRE Homes texts. After required RingCentral registration, number provisioning, and production setup are complete, RingCentral is intended to deliver requested one-time sign-in codes and the separate investor text categories described below. Requesting a sign-in code does not enroll you in investor texts. The separate investor preference form is available before delivery is activated; it records only choices you select and does not send a text.
Text messages you may receive
One-time access codes: After MRE Homes SMS is active, if you request marketplace access, MRE Homes will send a one-time security code. Requesting a code does not enroll you in investor texts.
Requested property details and photo links: If you separately choose this optional text category and request a particular property link, MRE Homes may send a one-to-one, non-promotional text with details or a photo link for that specific property.
Recurring promotional listings: If you separately choose this optional category, MRE Homes may send promotional text messages about available investor properties and deal listings.
Frequency and rates
After activation, access codes will be sent when you request them, subject to sign-in and resend limits. Requested property messages vary with your requests. Promotional message frequency is up to one text per week, depending on available listings. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless plan.
Optional consent and opt out
The requested-property and promotional choices are separate, optional, and unchecked by default. You will not have to consent to promotional texts to use the marketplace or make an inquiry. Reply STOP to any MRE Homes text to stop all MRE Homes investor texts to that number; reply HELP for assistance. RingCentral will process standard opt-out keywords, and MRE Homes will record the request and suppress future investor texts. Reply START if you later want to resume, then make any investor text choices again on the website.

Reply HELP for program details and support contact information. You can also email privacy@mrehomebuyer.com. Message and data rates may apply. MRE Homes does not use this email address to enroll you in SMS.
Privacy
Read the MRE Homes Privacy Policy for information about personal information collection, use, retention, and sharing. Mobile opt-in information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
